The Boys

Mason and Spencer are two kid-shaped bundles of CONSTANT energy. They never stop until they fall fast asleep... but then again, even then they're probably dreaming of jumping on trampolines or being ninjas or climbing trees. so, yeah, they never stop.

Ninja attack!
in case you're wondering what they're holding, Spence is holding Legos
and Mason is holding a.... sock?
One of the only ways to get Maser Man to take a nap or go to bed is putting on a movie. He also has to have his new teddy bear "Rabbit" (she's a girl). If we can't find Rabbit, we have to find Mike or John (his horses) or Vicki the panda pillow pet. And, yes, he named them all himself.

If you are not in the mood for laughing, then do not read this next part. It is about our little Spence. He has these little sayings that he came up with. for instance, if you have ever seen Gnomeo and Juliet, you probably remember the part when the frog says "Does he have a nice rotund belly?"
Spencer did not know what that meant, so instead he said, "Does he have a nice grotums belly?" (grow-tums) he says it in an Italian accent. If you're not laughing already this next one will definitely get you started. EVERYBODY knows about Chuck E. Cheese's. But have you ever heard of Chuck E. Jesus? I am not joking, because i would never joke about something like that. But that is what Spencer says. One day, we went to McDonalds. In Spencer's Happy Meal, he got some sort of dragon-esque Pokemon toy. Guess what he named the poor little creature? Wisgansam. I think he got that name from when we were talking about Wisconsin. When Mom asks "What do you want in your salad?" we all say croutons. Spencer says "Frootons". You know those little "things" on peoples' chests? Nobody ever told him what they were, so Spencer came up with his own name for them. They are called... strongbumps. He even draws them in his pictures. One day, Spence started crying. We ran over to see if he was okay, and asked what happened. He said "Mason attackled me!" I guess it is a combo of attack and tackle. A few days ago, Spencer was looking at his veins. Dad, Jules, Spencer and I got an interesting conversation started about Arteries and Veins. Spencer suddenly shouted, "I know what these are!" He pointed to his veins. "They're blood tunnels!"
PHOTOBOMB!!!!!!

Maser Racer also has a few... you know when someone says "I'm keeping an eye on you," and then they do that little hand motion with the two fingers? Mason has learned to do the hand motion. Mason's best friend is a girl named Haley. They love to play house and have tea parties. Yes. Tea parties. Not exactly the manly man we were all expecting. Yesterday, Spence ran over Rabbit with his "car". We took rabbit to the hospital, a.k.a. the armchair. We fixed her right up and gave her a cast made from paper towels and tape and some pain medicine.
Mason really wanted to sleep in a box that used to hold a dresser from Ikea
Mason also has this new saying. Every time he does something bad (like unrolling a whole roll of toilet paper) he says "I didn't do it!!!" Another endearing habit the boys have is shoving ginormous chunks of food into their mouths. Extrermely gross and funny. Unfortunately, all of our efforts to stop guests from being grossed out have been in vain. But there is nothing (except the really bad things) that we would want to change about our boys.

Ooh. Yay. Picture.

Our little photographer

Could you say no to that face?
You can't see me!!!!
Aaaahhh..... massage
boys + smoothies = mess
This was in Nauvoo. One of the missionaries there said "Aw,
they're giving him a blessing." it was more like, "Aw, they're about to rip his head off."

"Mom, I broke something"
